White garlic
Big onions
Light soy sauce
Salt
Chicken stalks
Pepper
Description:
- Cut garlic and big onions
- Wash vegetables and cut it to your preference shape
Method:
- Add oil to wok and fry the garlics/onions
- Pour the vegetables inside and fry
- Add on salt, chicken stalks, light soy sauce and pepper
- Add a little bit of water
- Fry til the vegetables got taste
because vege like broccoli, carrot -need to cook longer while iceberg, cabbage just awhile)
Additional add on:
Can fry together with chicken/pork slices if you want
