STEAMED CHICKEN

Ingredients:
Chicken
Ginger
Salt
Pepper
Sesame oil

Method:
  1. Cut chicken to any shape you like(Preferably not too big else hard to cook)
  2. Cut ginger to slices
Method:
  1. Put chicken to a bowl
  2. Add in sesame oil, salt, light soy sauce, pepper
  3. Top it with ginger then add abit of hot water
  4. Put bowl in pot and add hot water
  5. Boil the whole pot for around half an hour
Notes:
Usually the chicken will come out more soup
No need put so much hot water inside the bowl
Do not put too much of sesame oil and ginger!
