BAK KUT TEH

Ingredients:
Pork
Bak kut teh spices
Bak kut teh herbs
Big onions
White garlic
Light soy sauce

Description:
  1. Cut the pork into any shape you like
  2. Cut the onions and garlic to your preference shape
  3. Boil the hot water
Method:
  1. Put in the Bak kut teh herbs/spices into the pot
  2. Put in the onions and garlic and pork
  3. Add some light soy sauce and pepper
  4. Boil it awhile and taste it if not enough taste then boil it longer
Additional add on:
  1. Mushrooms
  2. 'Fu zhuk'
  3. Red chilli if you want it to be spicy
