White garlic
Big onions
Curry Paste
To be ready:
- Cut the pork
- Cut garlic and onions
- Cut potato to any shape you like
- Heat up the wok and fry the garlic and onions
- Put in the currypaste/spices and fry together
- Add on pork and fry together
- Add on potato and fry everything awhile
- Pour everything to another pot
- Add light soy sauce if not enough salty
- Let it boil
