RED BEANCURD PORK
Ingredients:
Pork
Red beancurd
Salt
Light soy sauce
White garlic
Description:
To make it more tastier keep boil it longer to get thicker sauce
If the sauce/water getting lesser then add more water
Keep add red beancurd if not enough taste

Description:
- Cut the pork and rinse it with warm water
- Cut the white garlic
- Marinate the pork with red beancurd and leave it aside
- Fry the white garlic with pork
- Add in red beancurd, salt, light soy sauce
- Pour everything to a pot to boil it
To make it more tastier keep boil it longer to get thicker sauce
If the sauce/water getting lesser then add more water
Keep add red beancurd if not enough taste
STEAMED CHICKEN
Ingredients:
Chicken
Ginger
Salt
Pepper
Sesame oil
Method:
Usually the chicken will come out more soup
No need put so much hot water inside the bowl
Do not put too much of sesame oil and ginger!

Method:
- Cut chicken to any shape you like(Preferably not too big else hard to cook)
- Cut ginger to slices
- Put chicken to a bowl
- Add in sesame oil, salt, light soy sauce, pepper
- Top it with ginger then add abit of hot water
- Put bowl in pot and add hot water
- Boil the whole pot for around half an hour
Usually the chicken will come out more soup
No need put so much hot water inside the bowl
Do not put too much of sesame oil and ginger!
FRY VEGETABLES
Ingredients:
Any vegetables also can
White garlic
Big onions
Light soy sauce
Salt
Chicken stalks
Pepper
Description:
Method:
because vege like broccoli, carrot -need to cook longer while iceberg, cabbage just awhile)
Additional add on:
Can fry together with chicken/pork slices if you want

- Wash vegetables and cut it to your preference shape
Method:
- Add oil to wok and fry the garlics/onions
- Pour the vegetables inside and fry
- Add on salt, chicken stalks, light soy sauce and pepper
- Add a little bit of water
- Fry til the vegetables got taste

Bak kut teh herbs

- Cut the pork into any shape you like
- Cut the onions and garlic to your preference shape
- Boil the hot water
- Put in the Bak kut teh herbs/spices into the pot
- Put in the onions and garlic and pork
- Add some light soy sauce and pepper
- Boil it awhile and taste it if not enough taste then boil it longer
- Mushrooms
- 'Fu zhuk'
- Red chilli if you want it to be spicy

- Cut the pork and potato
- Cut the onions
- Cut the carrots and tomato
- Boil the hot water
- Put in the onions, pork and potato
- and carrots and tomato
- Let it boil awhile then add in salt, pepper
- Leave it boiling and taste it if not enough taste then add more salt & pepper
- Can add in corns
- Can be chicken meat
- Can add in 'Zha Choi'
CURRY CHICKEN
Ingredients:

Curry Paste
To be ready:
Chicken/Pork

Curry Paste
To be ready:
- Cut the pork
- Cut garlic and onions
- Cut potato to any shape you like
- Heat up the wok and fry the garlic and onions
- Put in the currypaste/spices and fry together
- Add on pork and fry together
- Add on potato and fry everything awhile
- Pour everything to another pot
- Add light soy sauce if not enough salty
- Let it boil
